Think Free Films hosts Gervonta "TANK" Davis in Atlanta. The undefeated champion sits down with FERRARI SIMMONS and DC FLY GUY of Streetz 94.5 for an exclusive interview about his plans to dominate the sport of boxing, his biggest fears and his relationship with Floyd Mayweather. He also visits The WORLD FAMOUS MAGIC CITY.
This film explores Valrice “WHOP” Cooper’s 35 year struggle, after being illegally sentenced at age 17, to find a balance between surviving in “America’s Bloodiest Prison” and the dream of changing his and other inmates lives for the better. The filmmakers follow Valrice back into Louisiana State Penitentiary and Dixon Correctional Institute to see where the legendary boxing trainer began his career, resulting in 3 former inmates turned professional fighters and a world title with Hall of Fame boxer Roy Jones Jr. after his release in 2011 !
As one of our first youth events, CAMP CROSSOVER was designed to teach players life skills and spend time building character. Basketball provides a great opportunity for players to learn life skills. Not every player will become a Division I college player or a professional athlete. But every single player at the camp has an opportunity to learn life lessons, develop character, and become a better person. We taught them about leadership, playing through mistakes, toughness, and teamwork. Mentality is a very big part of basketball that should not be neglected. Think Free prides itself on using these opportunities to teach these lessons.
Kids are only 25% of our population but 100% of our future. Think Free and The Atlanta Police Athletic League (PAL) team up to provide underprivileged children the opportunity to grow, learn, succeed and develop into responsible citizens through The Atlanta Youth Festival. Many of these children come from homes where they lack positive nurturing and reinforcements and the opportunity to see and visit environments more enriched than their own. It is our intention to bring those elements directly to them.
This new event is Atlanta’s very own youth oriented program where we transform a local park, gymnasium or school into a vibrant community space for all to enjoy. Bringing together neighborhood groups, businesses, and nonprofits, Atlanta Youth Festival provides kids with free recreational opportunities as well as introduce new activities not normally exposed to inner city youths. For example, activities such as basketball, football and dance are historically popular with kids but in addition to that, we highlight thinking with chess fundamentals, introduce inner peace with a morning yoga experience, promote environment with a gardening project and much more!
With mainstream media, social media attention and community support, this summertime event serves as the perfect platform for Atlanta to celebrate its precious future and for your organization to reach highly targeted audiences.
Think Free Films teams up with TRIBO RECORDS to present acoustic content from various artists from many diverse backgrounds.
The worst mistake in life and art is to be unauthentic. I strive to always be myself and be proud of the images I create.
I am a portrait photographer based in Atlanta, Ga specializing in creating photo content for advertising, corporate and editorial clients. I hold a degree in photography from The University of North Georgia where I was honored to receive the first ever National Senior Achievement Award from the late Paul R. Jones. In life's journey, Paul R. Jones amassed one of the world's largest African American art collections with over 2,000 pieces and I am humbled and forever grateful to him for acknowledging my talent and giving me the confidence as a young student to continue on my path as an artist after graduation.
Images can tell you so much about a photographer. We constantly make choices on how to control an environment whether it's on set or location. Photographers use math, science and creativity to bend and manipulate light as we see fit. It's definitely a challenge to have to explain so much about a subject in a single shot. In turn its almost impossible not to reveal something about ourselves in the process.
Moments, whether or not artists are aware, are what we all chase. My images are an accumulation of moments in my life, either manufactured or organic, that I have frozen in time with my camera and decided to share with the audience.
I hope that the images you see in this gallery create a moment within yourself. That they encourage you to want to create new moments with me.

“We all possess an inner glow. It stands as our strength in times of struggle. Whether you’re the one in the midst of a fight or simply supporting a loved one from the sideline, we all need to discover our glow. I want OUR GLOW PROJECT to be one of the largest socially connecting experiences this world has ever experienced.”

WHAT IS “OUR GLOW PROJECT?”
OGP is a organization of photographers that use rare techniques with UV light and reactive material to such light to produce dynamic and innovative portraits of those who suffer from both physical and mental diseases. The art therapy project will be used as a charitable resource to help children, teens and adults who are currently experiencing, are prone to, or have a history of psychological or physical trauma, who have subsequently lost hope, confidence and a piece of their identity. The program supports the developmental, social, and expressive needs of all ages, genders and families experiencing illness and hospitalization.
Creating this artwork is a common way to escape from stress and illness or disability. It can be used a symbolic language and with the help of an art therapist, the child or adult deciphers the meaning of the picture and discusses the underlying issues that inspired the artwork.
OGP is a for-profit, social enterprise venture that has a stated goal of performing a socially beneficial purpose, not maximizing income. Our goal is to establish high levels of accountability and transparency for donors by sustaining our program and contribute a high level of our revenue to programs and services rather than administrative or fundraising costs.
THINK FREE partners with SOLOMON'S TEMPLE to provide its women and children with holiday portraits for each family. It was our pleasure to help put some holiday smiles on the faces of all these beautiful individuals.
According to an estimated homeless census data, more than 10,000 people in metro Atlanta experience homelessness on any given night, with more than 40 percent being women and children.
"For years, I was plagued with the thought of how I could be a part of the solution with reducing the growing reality of homelessness in our community. As a native of Atlanta, I was constantly reminded of the suffering of so many who were living on the streets. Regular people just like you and I, who for a variety of reasons found themselves without a safe place to call home. Women with children are especially vulnerable to homelessness. Many of whom are not able to get or maintain jobs due to being unable to afford childcare and the cost of living."

This series of photos and videos were created by Think Free to capture moments that bring fans closer to their idols.
The Andre Berto sizzle reel was our very first content creation in 2006. It features guest appearances from T.I., Nelly, Cuba Gooding Jr., Wycleff Jean, DJ Drama, Lennox Lewis, Dr. J and many more. This hard copy DVD was designed much like a mixtape for promotional purposes in order to raise awareness on a grassroots level about Andre Berto's phenomenal upside as a professional boxer. Simply stated ... get more fans, get bigger fights. The #1 internet page was Myspace at the time and most popular platforms of spreading the word that we know today didn't exist.
Berto entrusted us with his brand and we created this short visual which received high marks with the audience we were targeting. Most non boxing fans had never heard of this kid from Winter Haven, Florida but after 20,000 copies went out, we were flooded with feedback from his new fans. Our goal was to mix hip-hop culture with sports and now years later, Berto is a multi million dollar boxing champion whose skill set and supreme heart has taken him to the top , we are honored to have played a small role in the push for his success.
